1. Year Warranty
All our Olang products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.

2. Grip Replacement
In the event of premature wear or failure during the warranty year, we will replace the boot grips free of charge. This measure helps extend the life of the boots while maintaining their effectiveness and grip on slippery surfaces. No credit will be issued to replace a pair of boots where only the grips are defective.
3. Defective Zippers
Regarding defective zippers (for example, if they're difficult to move, are unable to slide, or open by themselves), we ask that you provide us with a video demonstrating the problem. This video allows us to accurately diagnose the issue and offer you the best solution as quickly as possible.
4. Sizing and Manufacturing
Please note that the various sizes of our boots are manufactured at different times in the factory, making it impossible to ship two different sizes in the same box. Therefore, we do not offer replacements or credits for these variations.
5. Try Boots Indoors Before Wearing Them Outside
Before wearing the boots outside, we strongly recommend trying them indoors for a period of time. This allows customers to check that the size and comfort are appropriate without exposing them to external elements.
