The warranty on Olang boots is valid for one year from the date of purchase, with the invoice serving as proof. Under this warranty, manufacturing defects and material defects are covered. However, please note that the warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, lack of care, abuse, accidents, neglect, natural decay or normal wear and tear of materials (including dirt, scuffs, tears and scratches).

The OC stud system, designed to increase grip on ice and snow, is mounted on an exclusive polyurethane frame that is flexible and durable in extreme temperatures. The OC system with folding studs is based on a sole with flow channels. The retractable cleats can be opened and closed using the key provided. Olang Canada ships throughout Canada, usually within 5 to 15 business days.

The total delivery time equals processing time (1-3 business days) plus the selected shipping method.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free across Canada on orders of $100 or more.

If you would like to receive your package faster, expedited shipping is available at your own expense. Please refer to the Expedited Shipping section for terms and conditions.

Accessory Orders

Accessory orders, such as grips, keys, and insoles, are shipped via Canada Post regular mail within 5 business days and do not include a tracking number.

Carriers

We use several carriers to ship packages. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available so you can track your package.

We strive to work with conscientious and respectful carriers; however, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the actions of individual drivers or shipping companies. If no one is available at the delivery address, the package may be left at the front door at the driver's discretion.
