SHIPPING – CANADA

Olang Canada ships throughout Canada, usually within 5 to 15 business days.

The total delivery time equals processing time (1-3 business days) plus the selected shipping method.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free across Canada on orders of $100 or more.

If you would like to receive your package faster, expedited shipping is available at your own expense. Please refer to the Expedited Shipping section for terms and conditions.

Accessory Orders

Accessory orders, such as grips, keys, and insoles, are shipped via Canada Post regular mail within 5 business days and do not include a tracking number.

Carriers

We use several carriers to ship packages. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available so you can track your package.

We strive to work with conscientious and respectful carriers; however, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the actions of individual drivers or shipping companies. If no one is available at the delivery address, the package may be left at the front door at the driver's discretion.

  • Track your package using the tracking link sent by email or available in your account.

  • Make sure you or someone else is present to receive the delivery.

The selected shipping service reflects only the transit time from our warehouse to your delivery address. It does not include the 1–3 business day processing time.

Olang Canada ships throughout the United States, usually within 5 to 15 business days. Please note that customs clearance times are beyond our control and may occasionally cause delivery delays.

However, delivery services are provided by third-party carriers, and we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, damage, or delivery decisions made by the carrier. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be left at the delivery address at the carrier’s discretion. Once a package has been marked as delivered, Olang is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
